Rhiann Shepperson

Rhiann Shepperson serves as the Head of Finance Shared Service Centre Processing at Lithia & Driveway since February 2024. Prior experience includes nearly 18 years at Pendragon PLC, where Rhiann held several key positions including Head of Finance Shared Service Centre, Head of Finance Hub, and Regional Financial Controller. Rhiann's responsibilities encompassed financial management for multiple Ford franchised dealerships, VAT returns, tax packs, and manufacturer reporting. Rhiann began a career at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall as an accountant prior to advancing to a larger site in Nottingham. Educational qualifications include an ACCA certification and degrees from Durham Business School and AAT in Accounting and Business.
