Christian Lafrance

Christian Lafrance has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Christian currently serves as the Head of Business Development - Europe at Lithion Recycling Inc. In their previous role as the Vice President Global Sales at Effenco, they built a global sales team, established new processes, and developed pricing strategies. Before that, they worked at Argon 18 as the Sales and Marketing Strategy Director and later as the Sales Director - North-America, where they designed and implemented sales strategies, managed a team, and initiated product liquidation strategies. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at 3SP Group (ITF Technologies), including Sales Director - Americas and Worldwide Director of Sales & Marketing. Christian also has experience as a Sales Engineer at Gentec-EO. Overall, they have a strong background in sales and marketing, strategic planning, team management, and market analysis.

Christian Lafrance completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Christian then pursued further education at Polytechnique Montréal, obtaining a DESS degree in Technology Management from 2002 to 2005.
