Taksh Satra

Taksh Satra is currently employed as an Analytical Chemistry Associate at Lithios since May 2023. Previously, Taksh served as a Graduate Student Researcher at Stanford University from October 2021 to March 2023, focusing on coatings for positive electrode battery materials under Professor William Chueh. Taksh also held the position of Battery Materials Development Intern at QuantumScape for a brief tenure in summer 2022. Prior research experience includes work at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where Taksh was a Graduate Student Researcher specializing in phase-field modeling and stress analysis in lithium-ion batteries, and an Undergraduate Student Researcher under Professor N. Additionally, Taksh contributed to a project on perovskite nanoparticles for optoelectronics as a Research Assistant at Nanyang Technological University. Academically, Taksh earned a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University (September 2021 - March 2023) and a dual degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science (BTech + MTech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2016 - 2021).
