Prior to this, Karthik held the position of Manager Recruitment & Fleet at Lithium Urban Technologies since April 2015. With experience as an Assistant Manager of Asset Management at Baghirathi Travel Solutions Private Limited from November 2019 to March 2022, Karthik has a strong background in HR and recruitment. Karthik obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and HR from Bangalore University between 1999 to 2004.
