Jeff Blasi

Jeff Blasi is an experienced leader in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Lithko Contracting, LLC since September 2010. In this role, Blasi leads the preconstruction center of excellence, collaborating with business unit preconstruction and operations teams to deliver top-tier preconstruction services. Prior to this position, Blasi held various roles including Director of Preconstruction and Mid-Atlantic Area Lead at Summit Concrete, as well as Owner at JE Dunn Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing concrete operations. Blasi began the career at Lithko Contracting, where leadership was demonstrated by securing and performing concrete packages regionally and nationally. Blasi earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University in 1995.
