Roger T. Kramer

Roger T. Kramer has an extensive work experience in various financial and accounting roles. Roger T. is currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Accounting & Finance at Lithko Contracting since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Adviser/ Financial Consultant from August 2019. From May 2014 to July 2019, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems where they managed finance, accounting, treasury, legal, and risk management functions. Additionally, they played a key role in the company's conversion to an ESOP in 2018 and implemented innovative hiring and health insurance management programs. Roger also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Richard Goettle, Inc. from June 2013 to May 2014. Roger T. started their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP where they held various positions, including Audit Senior Manager from September 2006 to June 2013.

Roger T. Kramer obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998. Roger T. also holds additional certifications, including Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) from the Institute of Certified Construction Financial Professionals Inc (obtained in February 2020), BOLD (Board Orientation & Leadership Development) from the United Way of Greater Cincinnati (obtained in 2013), and Certified Public Accountant from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio (obtained in 2000).
