Ben Brodin serves as the Head of Community & Operations at Lithos Carbon since October 2022, where the focus is on accelerating mineral weathering to enhance carbon storage through innovative soil models and machine learning technologies while promoting crop growth. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions including Regional Manager and Chief of Staff at Lithos Carbon, where responsibilities included operational development and culture building. Ben also gained experience as a Senior Demand Planner at Brooks Running, overseeing demand forecasting for North American wholesale apparel, and as a Sr. CPFR Analyst at Henkel managing Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment for key accounts. Additional prior roles include positions at Convoy Inc and Univar Solutions, where business operations and customer solutions were key focus areas. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science Resource Management and a Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Washington, along with coursework from Harvard Business School Online.
