Shane Gooding

Shane Gooding is a Growth Strategy Lead at Lithos Carbon and a former Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. With a background in economics from Princeton University, Shane has experience managing associates and leading growth strategy projects for various companies, including cybersecurity, business management, and data center investment. Prior to his consulting roles, Shane worked as a camp instructor at VolleyOC, coaching children ages 11-14.
