Penny Rich has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Penny started their career in 1970 as a Seminar Leader at the Beyond War Foundation and continued in that role until 1990. In 1993, they became a Professor of Latin American Studies at Notre Dame de Namur University and held this position until 2012. In 2004, Penny Rich became the Owner and CEO of the Lithotype Company.
Penny Rich obtained a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from Stanford University, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.
