Justė Valančiauskienė has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. Justė started their career in 2004 as a Senior Specialist at the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, where they drafted legal acts and provided consultations on consumer rights protection. From 2008 to 2009, Justė worked as a Manager at the Public Institution Centre for Strategic Studies, where they drafted legal documents and performed HR functions.
Justė then joined Company Group ALITA, AB in 2009 as a Project Manager, managing the company's financial support from EU funds and organizing their participation in international exhibitions. After that, they worked at the State Enterprise Center of Registers from 2012 to 2015, first as a Chief Specialist and later as Chairwoman of the Commission for the Examination of Taxpayers' Appeals on Taxation of Land. Justė Valančiauskienė began their education at Vilniaus Gabijos gymnasium, where they completed their high school education from 1995 to 1999. Justė then continued their studies at Mykolas Romeris University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from 1999 to 2003. Justė further pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the same university from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, they obtained a Certificate in Office Tools and E-Commerce from NIIT Limited in New Delhi, India. Additionally, they received a European computer drive license (ECDL) from the Baltic Computer Academy, Vi "Informaciniu technologiju institutas" in May 2006. Justė Valančiauskienė later attended Mykolas Romeris University again from 2011 to 2014, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law. Most recently, they attended ISM University of Management and Economics from 2019 to 2020, where they pursued a Master of Management studies with a focus on Project Management Programme and Applied Organizational Psychology Programme.
