Elena Valionienė

Elena Valioniene serves as an Associate Professor of Management and Scientific Fellow at Klaipeda University since November 2022, focusing on port resilience, governance, maritime attractiveness, and managerial interventions. Valioniene has been with the Lithuanian Maritime Academy since September 2004, holding various positions including Associate Professor, Head of the Shipping and Logistics Information System Study Programme, Head of the Science and Study Innovations Department, and Head of the IT Department. Prior experience includes serving as a Networking Projects Manager at Belam Telekomunikacijos, JSC from March 2002 to September 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in System Analysis from Mykolas Romeris University (2016-2020) and a degree from Klaipeda University (1994-2000).
