Michelle Stanski has extensive experience in various roles within customer service and training. Currently serving as New Provider Entry at Litigation Management, Inc. since June 2021, Michelle previously worked at Giesecke & Devrient from April 2016 to August 2020 in Customer Relationship Management, providing support for key accounts in a credit card manufacturing facility. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Selman & Company from June 2000 to April 2016, where Michelle developed training programs for a busy insurance call center, authored training manuals, and assessed trainee performance. In earlier roles, Michelle also provided customer care related to multiple life and health insurance products. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a focus on Interpersonal Communications from Ohio University, completed in 1996.
