Chandrika Putri Larasati

Chandrika Putri Larasati currently holds the position of People Operations at Qlue Smart City, where responsibilities include managing the entire talent journey from recruitment to offboarding and initiating employee engagement activities since January 2020. Previously, Chandrika served as a People Generalist, focusing on designing employee engagement plans, assisting in recruitment processes, and maintaining the HRIS. An internship at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in 2018 provided experience in the sub-directorate of Narcotics, Directorate of Prosecution and Investigation. Chandrika completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Indonesia and also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Terbuka. Education includes attendance at Chung-Ang University and SMAN 34 Jakarta.
