Randy Szuppa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Randy began their career in 2008 with an internship at Volkswagen AG, where they worked in various departments including quality, engine test bench, and maintenance. From 2008 to 2009, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Chemnitz, focusing on microtechnologies.

In 2009, Randy completed an internship at EAAT GmbH, gaining experience in automation and drive engineering. Randy then returned to Technische Universität Chemnitz in 2011 as a Research Assistant for the Professorship of Electrical Energy Conversion and Drives.

In 2013, Randy worked as a Student Employee for "Volkswagen Motorenwerke Chemnitz", where they contributed to the production monitoring and quality assurance in the quality department, as well as working with engine test benches and CNC machines in the maintenance department.

In 2014, they joined dormakaba as a Process Engineer, responsible for managing projects. Randy later transitioned to the role of Project Manager until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Randy worked as a Regional Technical Manager at Hauni Maschinenbau GmbH, focusing on the APAC region.

In 2021, they joined FactoryPal as a Senior Consultant in Digital Manufacturing. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Consulting Team Lead, which they held until 2023.

Currently, Randy is working at Litmus as a Sales Engineer for EMEA, starting in 2023.

Randy Szuppa completed their education at the Yale School of Management in 2023, specializing in Digital Transformation Strategy. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechatronics/Microtechnology from Technische Universität Chemnitz, starting in 2006 and graduating in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Randy also obtained several certifications including Digital Transformation Strategy from the Yale School of Management in April 2023, Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) from LinkedIn in August 2022, and Professional Agile Leadership from Scrum.org in December 2021.
