Sandip Sen

Sandip Sen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the customer experience and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Advisor at Sand Technologies since January 2024, Sandip also founded Carson Business Consulting in May 2021, which advises Global Private Equity Firms on M&A transactions in the BPO/BPM space and develops outsourcing strategies for high-growth companies. As the Managing Director of LitmusWorld since September 2018, a focus is placed on strategy, growth, and new investments. Previously, Sandip held the position of Global CEO at Aegis Limited from December 2012 to July 2018, leading a $1.2 billion customer experience company. Earlier career roles include President, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Aegis, Founder and CEO of Customer First Services, and various marketing positions at Hutchison Max Telecom and UB Group. Sandip's education includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a BSc in Economics from Presidency College.
