Kristof Dupon

Kristof Dupon has extensive experience in project management and operations within the infrastructure sector. Since September 2003, Kristof has served as the Directeur afdeling projecten infra at Litran nv, overseeing project teams, advising on strategic matters, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Previously, Kristof held roles such as Projectleider, managing project execution and profitability while ensuring safety and effective communication, and Werfleider, where responsibilities included organizing site operations and maintaining project schedules. Kristof's career began at ACLAGRO as a Werfleider from August 2001 to September 2003. Academically, Kristof holds a degree in industrial engineering in construction from KAHO Sint-Lieven and a science and mathematics degree from Sint-Vincentius College Eeklo.
