Alena Rybachuk

Alena Rybachuk is a seasoned professional in recruitment and public speaking, currently serving as a Public Speaker at Talentuch and EvoTalents.School since June and May 2025, respectively. In addition, Alena holds the position of Head Of Hiring Department at LITSLINK, where responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies and monitoring hiring trends. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior IT Recruiter and IT-Recruiter, with extensive involvement in the full recruitment cycle and candidate sourcing. Alena has also shared expertise in IT recruitment on international platforms, representing the Ukrainian HR community.
