Anthony Manos

Anthony Manos is an established Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Corporate Leader at Littelfuse since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in operational excellence and Lean methodologies. Previously, Anthony founded and served as President of Profero, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in Lean implementation, and held various roles including Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Kemper, where significant process improvements were achieved. Additionally, contributions to ASQ as a co-author and instructor, leadership of 5S Supply as President and Lean Champion, and consulting for diverse organizations have further solidified Anthony's expertise. With a strong educational foundation, including an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago, Anthony has consistently impacted organizational performance and efficiency throughout a career that began with service in the U.S. Navy.
