Jennifer Coleman

Jennifer Coleman serves as the Sr. Director of Global Finance for Commercial Vehicle Products at Littelfuse since February 2024, overseeing all financial responsibilities within the business unit while driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and investment analysis. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent over a decade at TE Connectivity, where responsibilities included directing finance for the Automotive sector and enhancing operational finance efficiency across US and Mexican plants. A diverse background in financial planning & analysis, internal audit, and cost management is complemented by experience at Delphi, where Jennifer significantly improved product profitability across multiple product lines. Jennifer holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Wayne State University.
