Eyal Altman is the current Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Technology Officer at [Littelfuse](/org/littelfuse). Eyal has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and management, strategy development, business development, and business intelligence. 

Eyal began their career as a Program Manager at [Delphi](/org/delphi) from 1996 to 1998. Eyal then spent 16 years at Elkay from 2004 to 2014, where they held the position of Vice President - Finance, Strategic Management & Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for Business Unit Finance, Company-wide Strategy Management, Performance Management, and Business Development (M&A). Eyal was also responsible for managing several key Corporate Finance and Management teams and activities, including Strategy development and execution, Finance management and support for Channel Business Unit teams, Profitability Analytics development and business optimization practice, Business Development (M&A), Business Intelligence system development and management, and CRM system development, management and organizational rollout. 

In their current role as VP & Chief Digital & Information Technology Officer at [Littelfuse](/org/littelfuse), Eyal is responsible for leading the company’s digital transformation initiatives and overseeing all aspects of the company’s information technology function.

Alexander Conrad is the SVP & GM of the Passenger Vehicle Business at [Littelfuse](/org/littelfuse). Alexander has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. 

Alexander started their career at Buderus Heiztechnik AG in 1993 as a Product Manager. Alexander was responsible for developing global structures for a German company expanding into North America, China, and India. In 1994, they became a Product Manager at HARTING where they were responsible for the development of new technologies and future trends. 

In 1998, Alexander became the Platform Manager at VDO Car Communication where they built a new car radio platform for the aftermarket and OEM segments. Alexander Conrad was educated as an electrical engineer at the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany. After graduation, they worked in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering design.

Peter Kim is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Industrial Business at [Littelfuse](/org/littelfuse). She joined Ingersoll-Rand, a diversified global industrial company with leading mission-critical flow creation and industrial technologies, as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2015. Before joining Ingersoll-Rand, she spent 18 years serving in a variety of leadership roles at [Illinois Tool Works](/org/illinois-tool-works) (NYSE: ITW), most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Chu has nearly 20 years of human resources leadership experience. Most recently, Ms. Chu was Segment Human Resources Director for [Caterpillar](/org/caterpillar-inc)’s Energy & Transportation segment and Corporate Services group. Prior to [Caterpillar](/org/caterpillar-inc), Ms. Chu’s 15-year career with [General Electric](/org/general-electric) included a number of global human resources executive business partner roles with increasing levels of responsibility within several of GE’s industrial businesses.
