Jacinta Aura

Jacinta AURA has extensive experience in customer experience and engagement, currently serving as the Customer Experience and Innovation Manager at Little Ride since May 2017, after previously holding the position of Customer Engagement Manager. Prior to joining Little Ride, Jacinta AURA worked at ex Safaricom plc from August 2013 to May 2017 as a Customer Experience Executive, where valuable skills and insights in customer relations were developed.
