Joan Wanjiru has been serving as a Customer Support Executive at Little App since March 2021, following a role as a Brand Representative and Team Lead from August 2020 to January 2021, where coordination of a team to enhance brand knowledge and onboarding new merchants were key responsibilities. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Kenyatta University since 2018, Joan demonstrates a commitment to professional development and customer engagement.
