Niladri Roy has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Niladri is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Little App, a leading Super App platform in Africa. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Coach at thinkcoach.in and as the Director of Global Business at mFino, a pioneer in Fintech Digital Transformation. Niladri also co-founded Jikonifoodco, an Indian company focused on delivering authentic homemade foods. Niladri has held positions such as Director of Business and Strategy at IOP Technologies LLP, Head of Sales - Inclusive Banking and Finance at Temenos, Vice President Global Business Development at Craft Silicon, and Business Manager - Financial Solutions at TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATES LIMITED.
