Christian Rech

Christian Rech is the current Director at Little Athletics SA. Prior to this, they worked as Team Leader - Outsourcing at Hayes Knight SA & NT from October 2014 to August 2015. Christian was responsible for setting up the new division of Hayes Knight to provide outsourced bookkeeping services to new and existing clients of the Hayes Knight business.

Christian achieved great success in this role, with key achievements including the development and implantation of all procedures, policies and best practice methodologies to ensure 100% success of the new product offering. Christian also trained several clients in their specific accounting software which resulted in them having a better understanding of the accounting function with in their business and enabled them to make better business decisions based on their understanding of their businesses performance.

Christian has a proven ability to meet new clients and quickly understand their business structure and identify any shortcoming within their financials. Christian also developed a reputation and became then main point of contact for 50 accountants in the business in relation to troubleshooting on accounting software issues, also trained all of the internal staff in the relevant programs and systems. Their hard work paid off, with 100% Retention of all clients in the outsourcing department.

Christian Rech has a diploma in accounting from TAFE SA, a report writing course from the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a fringe benefits tax course from the National Tax & Accountants Association. Christian also has a year 12 education from Rostrevor College.
