Siham Azif has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Siham is currently working as a Product Owner Consultant at LittleBIG Connection since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager Consultant at Sanofi Pasteur from July 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they served as a Project Migration ERP Consultant at CEETRUS from December 2018 to July 2019. Siham also worked as an IT Project Manager Consultant at Royal Canin from May 2018 to November 2018. Siham was a Project Management Officer and Project Coordinator at SNCF from April 2017 to April 2018. In 2016, they worked as a Logistics Project Manager at Castorama France, where they handled various responsibilities such as logistics analysis, action plan formulation, and process optimization. Siham has also gained experience in supply chain control and international procurement as an Assistant Controller of Supply Chain at Leroy Merlin and an International Buyer/Logistics Manager at HALLIS Société, respectively. Siham began their career as an HR Assistant at Groupe Securitec Protection and later worked as a Secretary of Management at Société Générale- Banque de financement et d’investissement (SGIB).
Siham Azif has a strong education background in the field of management and economics. Siham earned a Master's degree in Management de la Chaîne Logistique-Achats from SKEMA Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Économie appliquée from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2014. In 2011, Siham completed a Master 1 degree in économie et management international, also from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Siham also holds a Licentiate degree in Economie et management internationaux, which they earned in 2012 from the same institution. Siham's educational journey began with a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in gestion des entreprises et des administrations spécialité Ressources Humaines from IUT de Calais-Boulogne in 2011.
Furthermore, Siham Azif has several additional certifications that contribute to their expertise. In 2019, they obtained the Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™. In 2015, they earned the Prince 2 Level Foundation certification in gestion de projet from APMG-International. Additionally, they attained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in quality management from the new excellence institute in 2015.
