Dawn Lucas-Carlson

Dawn Lucas-Carlson is an accomplished graphic designer and production manager with extensive experience in creative roles across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant Director at Little Brothers Friends of The Elderly since November 2023, Dawn supports fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts while managing internal operations. Concurrently, in a position at PROJECT 300 LLC, Dawn focuses on graphic design production for prominent clients. Previous roles include Production Design Manager at BAREFOOT, where team management and user experience optimization were key responsibilities, and Senior Production Designer at hyc Creative. Dawn’s career also features significant contributions as a graphic designer for Sylvan Learning and as Manager of Digital Imaging at Conde Nast, alongside freelance work for notable publications. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Ohio University.
