Eric Brasseur

Eric Brasseur has a strong background in the food industry, specifically in store operations and equipment services. Eric has held various roles at Little Caesars Pizza, starting as the Director of Quality Assurance in 2008, where they oversaw food safety and regulatory compliance programs. Eric then became the Director of Equipment and Packaging R&D, focusing on improving equipment and packaging for store operations. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of Equipment Sales and Distribution, managing all domestic equipment sales and supply chain functions. From 2016 to 2019, Eric served as the Global Director of Engineering and Architecture, leading the development of architectural plans and equipment orders for Little Caesars stores worldwide.
