John Paul Malette

John Paul Malette has worked in various finance roles at Little Caesars Pizza and Valeo. At Little Caesars Pizza, they started as an International Financial Analyst in August 2016 and worked their way up to Senior Financial Analyst and then Manager of International Finance. John Paul then became the Director of International Finance in August 2021 before taking on the role of Global Director of Operations Finance in November 2023. In this role, they led the finance team supporting global retail operations and was responsible for sales reporting, period-end reporting, franchisee support, and marketing analysis. John Paul also managed diverse teams and drove strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency worldwide. Prior to working at Little Caesars Pizza, John Paul Malette worked at Valeo, where they held roles such as Treasury Analyst Intern, Accounts Receivable Analyst, and Purchasing Card Project Lead.

John Paul Malette received their Bachelor of Science and Business degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2013. John Paul then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2013 to 2014.
