Karim Khowaja

Karim Khowaja is a seasoned franchisee and restaurateur with extensive experience managing Quick Service Restaurants across multiple states, including Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, and California, through DIZA HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC since January 2014. In addition to holding the position of Principal, Karim has served as the Chairman of the Governing Council at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital since January 2022. Karim's franchise portfolio includes Taco Bell, Dunkin' Brands, Burger King, Little Caesars Pizza, Subway, KFC, and Auntie Anne's LLC. Prior to these roles, Karim was an Executive Board Member at Unified CML Operations, LLC from January 2010 to August 2016, focusing on governance and economic growth for Dunkin' Franchisees. Karim is an alumnus of New York University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2005.
