Michael Therrian

Michael Therrian has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael began their career with Profitware Systems as a Technical Support Consultant, where they educated clients on various Point of Sales computer systems, installed systems, and provided technical support. Later, they joined Little Caesars Pizza, initially serving as a Franchise Business Consultant, working with franchisees in marketing, operations, financial reviews, and training. Michael then moved on to become a Manager of International Operations and later Regional Director for Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), assisting franchise owners in all aspects of running their businesses. Michael eventually became the Senior Director of International Operations, where they managed business relationships with international franchise owners and played a role in marketing, operations, finance, development, distribution, and training. Currently, they are serving as the Global Director of International Business Development at Little Caesars Pizza. In addition to their roles at Little Caesars, they are also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Capella University, teaching Global Business and Marketing courses and developing courses for their International portfolio.

Michael Therrian has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Walsh College, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Walsh College, completing it from 2001 to 2004.
