International Lead Software Trainer at Little Caesars

Rafael Blanco has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Rafael began their career as an IT Technician at SparClean in 2002 and later worked as a Multimedia Specialist at Susan Macmillan Productions and Snippies. Rafael then joined Asociacion Tepeyac of New York as an Instructor before transitioning to Queens College, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant at Photographic Services and Instructor for Professional and Continuing Studies. In 2010, Rafael joined General Motors as a Bilingual IT Specialist and later became a Bilingual Surveyor at Morpace Inc. in 2013. Rafael then worked as a Multimedia Specialist at Ventech Media Group, Inc. In 2015, they became an IT Manager at Unison Corporation before finally joining Little Caesars Pizza as an International Lead Software Trainer, specializing in project management, hardware/software deployment, instructional design, and the ADDIE model.

Rafael Blanco holds a B.A. in Film Studies from Queens College, which was obtained during the academic year 2006-2007. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2005, they also attended Queens College and earned a B.A. in Media Studies/Communications, Arts and Sciences, with a minor in Sociology. Furthermore, Rafael Blanco completed an A.S. in Industrial Production at Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia Industrial - IUTI from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Digital Electronics Technician from INCES during the academic year 1994-1995.
