Shawn Masters

Shawn Masters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Shawn currently holds the position of Vice President of U.S. Distribution & Warehousing at Little Caesars Pizza since January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's food service distribution network in the United States and overseeing warehouse operations and transportation planning nationwide.

Prior to their current position, Shawn worked at ProTrans, where they held various leadership roles. Shawn was the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience from June 2022 to December 2022, the Chief Commercial Officer from August 2013 to August 2022, the Vice President of Operations from June 2009 to August 2013, and the Vice President of Logistics from April 2006 to April 2010.

Before joining ProTrans, Shawn held the position of Director, Customer Logistics at Ryder Integrated Logistics from 1997 to April 2006. Shawn also worked at Mill Steel Company as the Plant Manager & Corporate Logistics Manager from 1994 to 1997.

Throughout their career, Shawn has demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy, vendor and partner relationships, operating performance and efficiencies, and P&L management.

Shawn Masters earned a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ferris State University in 1990. From 1990 to 1993, Masters attended Central Michigan University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics (Marketing).
