Kristina Popoca Ms, Crc

Kristina Popoca, MS, CRC, currently serves as the Employment First Operations Manager at Little City Foundation, a role held since January 2018, where responsibilities include job development and coaching for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Previously, Kristina held several positions at Little City Foundation, including Community Job Developer and Job Developer Intern. Prior experience includes managing operations at Culver's Restaurants from August 2006 to January 2018 and serving as a Practicum Student at McHenry County College, where tutoring for students with disabilities was provided. Kristina's educational background includes a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Northern Illinois University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services and an Associate’s Degree in Science.
