Lonnie Randall M.S, M.Ed has extensive experience in executive roles within various organizations. From 2023 to present, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Residential and School Services at Little City Foundation, overseeing residential and school programs. Prior to that, they were the Deputy Chief at the same organization from 2022 to 2023.

Lonnie Randall holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Auburn University at Montgomery, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, between 1997 and 1999, Lonnie earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University. Lonnie'seducational journey started with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Work, which they attained from Troy University, attending from 1991 to 1995.
