Lonnie Randall M.s, M.ed

Lonnie Randall M.S, M.Ed has extensive experience in executive roles within various organizations. From 2023 to present, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Residential and School Services at Little City Foundation, overseeing residential and school programs. Prior to that, they were the Deputy Chief at the same organization from 2022 to 2023.

In 2021, Lonnie held the position of Executive Director at RWCFS Head Start and Early Head Start. Before that, they ran their own business, Randall LLC, as an executive with several years of experience.

From 2016 to 2019, Lonnie served as the Executive Director at Sequel Youth and Family Services, responsible for the overall supervision and day-to-day operations of Sequel TSI Courtland, a program for adolescent males. Lonnie previously held the same position at Sequel Youth and Family Services from 2009 to 2010, overseeing program operations and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Lonnie also has experience at Three Springs Inc as a Group Administrator and Administrator, where they supervised department heads, maintained program safety, ensured compliance with regulations, and managed budgets.

Additionally, Lonnie worked as a Senior Manager at Seraaj Family Homes, Inc. and as an Assistant Senior Manager at Seraaj Family Homes, where they developed organizational plans, conducted staff meetings, and ensured compliance with state standards in therapeutic foster care homes.

Lonnie Randall holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Auburn University at Montgomery, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, between 1997 and 1999, Lonnie earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University. Lonnie'seducational journey started with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Work, which they attained from Troy University, attending from 1991 to 1995.
