Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Little City Foundation is responsible for strategic decision-making and guiding the overall mission of the organization. Comprising key executives such as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Deputy Chief of Centralized Support Services, the team collaborates to enhance service delivery, foster employee development, and ensure operational excellence in supporting individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
