Judy Hartley, CPA, MBA, MSA has a significant work experience in various roles in the finance and casino industry. Judy served as the Chief Financial Officer at Little Creek Casino Resort from November 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they held the same position at Isleta Resort & Casino from March 2020 to November 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Judy worked at Prairie Band Casino & Resort, where they held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Interim General Manager. Judy was responsible for strategic concepts, overseeing various teams, and implementing a cloud-based financial solution.

Before that, Judy was the Director of Finance at the Nines: A Starwood Luxury Collection hotel in 2015, the Director of Finance at Lucky Eagle Casino from 2014 to 2015, and the Director of Finance at Alexis Hotel - Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from 2012 to 2014.

Judy also worked at Tulalip Resort Casino from 2003 to 2012, where they held the positions of Director of Reservations & Resort Communications and Controller.

Judy Hartley, CPA, MBA, MSA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of Washington, obtained between 2000 and 2002. Judy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2006. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2011 and 2013. Judy Hartley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
