Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Little Dot Studios since November 2021, Zara oversees strategic future-proofing initiatives and full financial accountability for a multi-year change portfolio. Prior to this role, Zara held significant positions at Sky, including Group Head of Transformation for Content Operations and Head of Transformation for Sky News, where Zara managed extensive operational changes and technology upgrades. Zara's early career at BBC spanned multiple roles, including Programme Director for BBC3 Transformation and Head of Planning for BBC Television Operations, where Zara led high-profile projects and strategic initiatives. A graduate from the University of the West of England with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Zara possesses a strong foundation in operational excellence and change management.
