Amy Willis

Amy Willis possesses extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Sample Coordinator and Customer Service Representative at Little English since January 2019, Amy has effectively managed client interactions and enhanced customer satisfaction. At CycleYOU, starting in August 2017, Amy holds the position of Manager, where responsibilities include addressing client needs, fostering a supportive environment, and overseeing employee recruitment and training. Prior experience includes working as a Keyholder at Keeneland Association and a Russell Athletic Design Associate at Fruit of the Loom, where tasks involved coordinating seasonal samples and maintaining detailed product information. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Merchandising and Textiles from Western Kentucky University, earned in 2010.
