Corinne Hammons has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on serving vulnerable populations in New York. Corinne served as the President and CEO of Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York, overseeing residential and community services for children, disabled adults, and their families. Prior to that, they held various roles at the Community Development Corporation of Long Island, including Executive Vice President of Operations, where they managed programs, marketing, and development. Corinne also worked at Safe Horizon, where they served as Vice President and held various administrative and grants-related roles.
Corinne Hammons began their education at The Bryn Mawr School, where they studied from 1981 to 1993. Corinne then pursued their undergraduate studies at Harvard University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree in Economics from 1993 to 1997. Continuing their education, they attended NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree specializing in Public Policy from 1998 to 2000. In 2020, Corinne Hammons attended Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy to complete an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
