Rebecca Cotto is an experienced professional with a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, as well as library and information science. Currently serving as a Steward at Little Free Library since May 2021, Rebecca maintains a neighborhood library established during that time. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Texas Roadhouse, Inc. for over 13 years, progressing from coordinator to manager while approving over 500 food vendors and items based on strict food safety and quality standards. Educational credentials include a Master of Library & Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
