Jerry Ball

Jerry Ball possesses extensive experience in both technology and service sectors, currently serving as a DT Trainer and Driver for Individuals with Autism at Little Friends, Inc. since December 2014, where the organization has dedicated over 40 years to assisting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Prior to this role, Jerry was a Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager at Alliance Global Services, overseeing strategic projects and global teams in support of McDonald's Supply Chain activities. A significant portion of Jerry's career was spent at JPMorgan Chase, holding the position of Director of Information Technology, where responsibilities included managing real-time international systems and executing large system conversions that enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, Jerry served as an IT Application Manager at Continental Bank, contributing to early innovations in customer access systems. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from DePaul University.
