Cindy Larkin

Cindy Larkin is currently a Buyer at Little Giant Ladder Systems, having joined in October 2023. Prior to this role, Cindy Larkin spent over 11 years at Blendtec, where positions included Production Control Supervisor, Jr Buyer, Material Handler Lead, Production Control Lead, and Production Planner. In these roles, Cindy Larkin led project implementation activities focused on Lean Manufacturing, conducted training for operational improvements, developed project communications, and managed project risks. Cindy Larkin was also actively involved in scheduling production, participating in Kaizen events, and optimizing production efficiencies through effective visual management techniques.
