Fleta Solomon

Fleta Solomon is the CEO of Little Green Pharma, a digital health organisation that is disrupting how workplace wellness programs are delivered. Previously, they were the Non-Executive Director and Co-Founder of WellteQ, and the CEO and Start-up Driver of Bacstop Water Technologies. Fleta has also been the Managing Director and Owner of Onsite Health Solutions.

Fleta has always been driven by a desire to help others, which is what led their to a career in digital health. Fleta is passionate about their work and is constantly looking for new ways to improve the delivery of workplace wellness programs. Her experience in both start-ups and established organisations has given their a unique perspective on the industry, and they are always looking for new opportunities to make a positive impact on employee health across the world.

Fleta Solomon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports and Exercise from Edith Cowan University, and a certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in GAICD. Fleta also has a certification from MRWED Training and Assessment in Cert IV Training and Assessment TAE40110.
