Lojo Karathra

Lojo Karathra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lojo is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Little Italy, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President at Little Italy from April 2019 to March 2022.

In addition to their role at Little Italy, Lojo also founded Growcery Pro in October 2020 and was the Founder until October 2021. Lojo co-founded and served as the Director of Recod Services from October 2020 to February 2021.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Lojo worked as the Country Operations Manager at Bur Al Hickman Hospitality LLC, overseeing various brands including PizzaExpress, Shang Thai, Arabizza, and Arabian Grill House from June 2016 to April 2019. Lojo also held roles within PizzaExpress, serving as a Cluster Coach from October 2014 to June 2016, and as the Head Trainer from September 2013 to September 2014.

Prior to PizzaExpress, Lojo worked as a Senior Manager of Operations at Nilgai Foods Private Limited from July 2012 to August 2013. Lojo contributed to strategic planning and the development of key performance indicators for the organization.

Lojo's earlier experience includes working as the Manager of Supply Chain and Product Development at Mirah Hospitality from September 2010 to July 2012. Lojo also served as a Product Development Executive at SGM Enterprises Pvt ltd from December 2009 to September 2010.

Lojo'scareer began as a Chef De Partie at THE AMBASSADOR SKY CHEF from July 2007 to March 2009.

Lojo Karathra completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Retail Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research in 2013. In 2008, they obtained a P.G. diploma in Materials Management with a focus on Food and Beverage from the same institute. Prior to that, Lojo Karathra earned a B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from IHM Gwalior between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn.
