Carmen Joseph

Carmen Joseph is a certified life and sex coach, currently the owner of No Shame with CJ since February 2022. With a strong background in nutrition and education, Carmen previously owned Growing Gardeners and Gourmets, where the focus was on teaching children sustainable practices in food growing and cooking. As lead instructor at Foodschool, Carmen developed curricula and taught children about food from its growth to consumption. Earlier experience includes serving as a nutritional therapy practitioner, a teacher advocating for food justice at Canyon Charter Elementary School, and managing various programs for the City of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Chicago related to sustainability and environmental outreach. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Environmental Education from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loyola University Chicago, along with a certification in Nutritional Therapy.
