Praveen K. Varshney, FCPA, FCA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Praveen K. started their career in 1992 as a Director at Varshney Capital Corp., a family office focused on active investing in mining, real estate, and technology companies.

In 2016, Praveen co-founded and became a Director at Pyfera Growth Capital Corp., an investment company that supports the commercialization of high growth Series A companies in technology and sustainability. Praveen K. Varshney, FCPA, FCA completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in AMIS from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Magee High School from 1982 to 1987. Further back in their education history, they attended Waverley & Killarney schools from 1973 to 1980. After graduating from university, they pursued a professional qualification and obtained the designation of Chartered Accountant, now known as a FCPA, FCA, from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in a program completed between 1987 and 1990.
