Kim McCauley

Kim Joseph-McCauley currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Little Leaf Farms since November 2022. In addition, Kim is the President and Founder of A Missing Link, Inc., a Human Capital Strategic Advisory firm established in April 2003, specializing in creating sustainable human capital operating plans. Kim possesses extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief Human Resource Officer at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company and Vice President of Human Resources at Boston Beer Company. With a strong educational background in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources, Kim has proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions, executive assessment and development, and business strategy development.
