Senior Accountant at Little Leaf Farms

Kristina Germano has been working in the accounting and payroll field since 1990. Kristina began as an Independent Contractor with Baker, O'Connor and Sullivan, CPA's, and then moved on to become a Banquet Manager at The Barn at Gibbet Hill in 2004. In 2005, they took on the role of Senior Accountant with Baker, O'Connor, LLC, where they were responsible for public accounting and business development for a variety of clients. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Controller for Westchester Management and Network of Companies, overseeing accounting and payroll, human resources, in house technology, insurance, utility and other contract negotiation, entity registration, business development, and liaison with professional service providers. Kristina was then an Accountant at High Mowing School from 2012 to 2013 and a Food Service Coordinator at Monadnock Adult Care Center from 2013 to 2015. Kristina worked as an Accountant for W.S. Badger Company from 2015 to 2019, and is currently an Accounting and Payroll Manager at Monadnock Family Services since 2019. In 2021, they began working as a Staff Accountant at Little Leaf Farms.

Kristina Germano has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management and a Finance Minor from Granite State College, which they obtained in 2013. Kristina also attended Newbury College from 1989 to 1990 for Culinary Arts. In 2014, they obtained a Local Leader Food Educator certification from The Cookbook Project. Since then, they have taken courses from Columbia University in The Age of Sustainable Development, and from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management and New Models of Business in Society. Kristina Germano's education began at Chelmsford High School.
