Milena Rodriguez

Milena Rodriguez has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in behavioral services and customer-facing roles. Currently serving as Office Manager and Senior Registered Behavior Technician at Little Leaves Behavioral Services since January 2021, Milena previously worked at Safeway as a Cashier and at Peebles as a Sales Associate. Prior to these roles, Milena held multiple positions at Washington College, including Driver for Safe Ride, Administrative Assistant in the Office of Student Engagement, Peer Mentor, Logistics Leader for the Alumni Office, and Director of Member Relations for the Student Events Board. Milena's early experience includes serving at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC, and working as a Team Member at Arby's. Milena holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Neuroscience from Washington College, and a High School Diploma from Sussex Central High School.
