Rachel McKenzie, MMHC, CRCR has a diverse and extensive work experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare administration. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Business Office RCM at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. Prior to this, they worked at Allegheny Health Network as a Revenue Cycle Business Manager, where they supported daily operations and led ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency. Rachel also served as the Vice President of Central Revenue Cycle Operations at Willow Tree Healthcare Group, overseeing revenue cycle effectiveness and optimizing processes.
